    I think we want

    1. Title [resource type]
    2. Author/Editor [for documents] or, if none, Contact (not submitter) [for non-documents]
    3. Date of resource
    4. Start of Description/Abstract (if there isn't one I would just omit it, not say none)
    5. Indication if file is attached;not necessailyr the link

    In contrast to Frank, I would not include copy located at.  Given that we have NADB records I would indicate if there is a file attached.
